The room was equipped with essential amenities, including an electric kettle and flat-screen TV, ensuring that I felt right at home. A clean, well-maintained space allows for a peaceful night's sleep, especially noteworthy given the temperature drop that night. The property enjoys a tranquil garden view, which I appreciated while enjoying my morning coffee. One downside was the electricity issue due to loadshedding, but that's part of the local experience, right? The location is convenient for accessing nearby restaurants without much hassle of roaming deep into town, making it an ideal stopover. With free parking and pet-friendly policies, Fig Tree strikes a decent balance between value and comfort. It's a choice I'd recommend to anyone traveling through the area, particularly if you need an affordable stay that doesn't skimp on essential comforts.
